At Specno, we are driven by our mission and ambition; in fact, being courageously ambitious is even one of our values. We have some pretty big goals like being recognized as the number 1 agency in the world by 2026, expanding our operations into 100 cities by 2028, and turning what we have learned into a textbook that we can teach to a million entrepreneurs by 2030.
Specno will test you like no other, but it will also give you unimaginable opportunities for growth and push you to be the best version of yourself. We care about our people, and in turn, they care about our mission.
So Who is Specno:
Specno is a company on a mission to support entrepreneurs & venture builders alike. To bring their biggest and boldest tech ideas to life. We want to write the literal textbook that entrepreneurs use when they want to take their idea from concept to commercialisation. Included in that mission is a consulting arm, where we employ and train the best in the world to implement their area of focus (Product, Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Fundraising).
We develop frameworks for success and have a team for hire that helps well-funded companies design, build and scale their businesses at a rate far faster than the market.

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven Back End Intermediate Developers to be a part of our expanding team. As one of the lead devs, you will work with a team of lead designers, analysts, and developers to build out progressive, user-friendly, web and native apps and systems.
You will be implementing engineering solutions and ensuring your team delivers on product roadmaps. The health and operation of the dev team will be your responsibility which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.
We follow agile and apply it to our own business, constantly tweaking our processes in an effort to improve the effectiveness of our teams. The environment is fast-paced, the projects are challenging and your team will be pushed to learn and grow faster than the norm. We need you to help provide a framework for this continuous growth.
